Lately I've been on this massive health kick, trying to incorporate the right things into my diet and figuring out which routines seem to work best with my body. This doesn't just include maintaining a healthy lifestyle, but doing the things that make me happy. One of the latest fads so easy to get swept up into has really intrigued me: Coconut Oil.
I'm a massive fan of coconut whether it is in my food, conditioner or perfume. But with the debate of oils in cooking, how do we know which one to use and how much of it?
I think two main concerns exist here - portion sizes, and what is there actually left to eat that is good for us? Is there anything left to eat in the world that hasn't been altered or engineered so that our body cannot properly digest it?
